Home to Tom Khan and has hosted many famous UFC, Boxing and Kickboxing stars throughout the years.

Today, I took a free trial at TK MMA fit and did a Personal Muay Thai Session with Coach Abidi.

The gym a little difficult to find but eventually found my way on the elevator to the 9th floor.

I got my free trial from the two receptionists, got changed in the locker and made my way through the impressive weights gym, out to the boxing and mma section which is quite impressive.

The session with Coach Abidi was really enjoyable and his knowledge was up there with the best of trainers.

There is a ton of bags, including a speed bag and there is a full size boxing ring and an MMA cage.

The gyms costs 550 AED per month and it is in a professional area.

Overall I am very impressed with the gym.

The clientele in this gym are extremely fit and in shape.

Overall, this one lives up to the hype.

One down side, one of the receptionists gave me a slightly dirty look.
