TKMMAFIT is a premier MMA and fitness gym in Dubai Media City, founded by Tam Khan, a pioneer of MMA in the UAE. The gym offers training across boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and freestyle wrestling, with programs for adults and children, personal training, and professional-level classes.

Facilities include a mixed training area for combat and martial arts, a cross-training and conditioning section, and a fully functional fitness gym, plus an indoor combat area with over 15 punching bags and a training cage, and outdoor space with a second cage and a professional boxing ring.
