About Unity Martial Arts Club
Unity Martial Arts Club is a kickboxing and Muay Thai academy in Al Quoz Industrial 1, training students from age 4 through to competition level. Head Coach Brendon Tasker is a UAE National Team athlete and WAKO World Cup gold medallist, and classes follow WAKO-standard technical coaching, covering K1 and points fighting.
The academy has its own strength and conditioning gym and offers sports performance testing, with sports science led by Chris Howard, formerly of Leicester City.
Classes
- Little Kickers - ages 4 to 7
- Juniors - ages 8 to 12
- Competition and Teens - ages 12+, coach approval required
- Adults and Teens - ages 15+, including practical self-defence and functional fitness
- Athletes of Determination - ages 4 to 18
Beginners are welcome in every age group. Check the club’s website for the current timetable.
